"I have been an admirer of Tom's work for many years having already owned a painting of his.
My 40th birthday provided the ideal opportunity to commission a piece which I can admire every day.
I found the whole process of the commission to be an exciting and fulfilling journey from discussing the ideas, the constant updates on progress and the ability to see the work as it transformed and developed. The beautiful piece now sits proudly on the wall of my bedroom and is a delight I will never tire of.
I can't thank Tom enough for the hard work and inspiration he provided to make this the best, most personal gift you can receive."
John Williamson ( Head of research and development at Excelian ).

“When my wife and I married her grandmother gave us some money to buy a piece of art. We feel in love with and bought a beautiful seascape by Tom that has adorned our dining room wall and presided over our dinner parties ever since. When a significant birthday for my wife was approaching I sought Tom out via his website to see if I could find something as inspiring and memorable as the original piece. But I did so with some trepidation – would I find something she would love? Could I afford and how do you go about commissioning a piece from a professional artist?
So I went to meet Tom. In less than an hour I had seen a number of paintings I might have bought there and then, but I opted to commission a very specific piece from Tom – the view from our favourite holiday destination. While any art is about the emotion it provokes and is intensely personal, all I can say is how utterly delighted, excited and emotional my wife was about the surprise - and still is about Tom’s painting.
She has made only two 'complaints' – two of the best you'll ever hear: "I need far more time to sit looking at it" and "I know it's meant for above the bed, but I won't be able to see it all the time from there!". Not only is my wife happy, but so am I - it's at least as warm and uplifting as I had dared hope. And our eldest child is completely entranced by it, especially the way she can see how the brushstrokes up close create the effect of light dancing on water from afar. She is determined she will one day be as good as Tom – which might be the only thing I don’t thank him for!”

“I have purchased a number of stand alone oil paintings and commissions and I have been really impressed with the results.  Toms technical accomplishment as well as his eye for detail means he has the ability to capture special moments on canvas.  With considerable experience and an easy manner the commission process was a pleasure and I would highly recommend Toms work.”
